Balsamic Glazed Garlic Chicken Thighs

Balsamic Glazed Garlic Chicken Thighs are definitely worth trying. The perfect marinade and blend of flavors make this chicken dish irresistible!

Ingredients
- 10-12 bone-in, skin on, chicken thighs
- ¾ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 5 garlic, minced
- 2 or 4 tblsp ginger, ground or grated
- 1 tblsp onion powder
- 2 or 4 tblsp Italian seasoning, dried or fresh
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients except the chicken in a large freezer bag.
- Add the chicken to the bag and seal with as little air as possible.
- Place in the refrigerator and marinate overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Place the chicken on a tinfoil lined baking sheet with a rack on top.
- Spray the rack with cooking spray. Place the chicken on the rack and in to the oven.
- Bake until cooked and the skin is caramelized, about 35-40 minutes. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
