This banana baked oatmeal is made with mashed bananas, rolled oats, and a few pantry staples. It's a quick and healthy breakfast to have in your back pocket.

Ingredients
- 3 large bananas mashed
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add in brown sugar, vanilla extract, eggs and milk. Whisk until well combined.
- Add in rolled oats and baking powder. Stir to combine together.
- Line a 9 inch baking pan and pour oat mixture into the pan.
- Bake at 375°F for about 35 minutes.
