Basil Parmesan Grilled Corn

Take your grilled corn up a notch or 10 with this Basil Parmesan Grilled Corn!! It's the ultimate summer BBQ side dish.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 4 pieces Corn on the cob – with the husk
  • 1 recipe Basil Vinaigrette
  • 2-3 ounces freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
  • red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat an indoor or outdoor grill to high heat.
  2. Pull the husk down and keep it on to use for holding the corn later. Grill the corn over high heat until it starts to char and then remove from the grill.
  3. Using a pastry brush, brush some of the basil vinaigrette onto the corn and then heavily sprinkle with parmesan cheese and seasonings. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Make sure and clean the silks but keep the husk on for easy eating and a fun presentation. Ensure the husk doesn't slip between the grates and burn.
