This easy slow cooker chicken recipe is perfect as a make-ahead freezer meal. And it's full of veggies and the homemade bbq sauce gives it tons of flavor.

Ingredients
- 3 medium sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1 large bell pepper cubed
- 1 onion diced
- 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 2 15 oz cans tomato sauce
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons mustard powder
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- fresh cilantro for serving
- prepared rice for serving

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Transfer to 2-4 freezer safe bags, label and freeze.
- When time to cook, dump contents of one bag into a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours. If not frozen, reduce cook time by 1-2 hours. Top with chopped cilantro and serve over rice.
