This BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizza is a delicious twist for pizza night! It's made with naan, or the flatbread of your choice, smothered with BBQ sauce, then topped with shredded chicken, red onion, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese.

Ingredients
- 2 8 inch flatbreads I use naan
- ¼ cup BBQ sauce plus more for drizzle
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup shredded cheddar
- ¾ cup shredded chicken I used rotisserie
- ¼ red onion thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425˚F.
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet, and spread the BBQ sauce over each one. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Top each pizza with shredded chicken then add the red onion. Drizzle on a little extra BBQ sauce on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes on the middle rack. Once the cheese is melted and the outer edges of the crust is crispy, remove and garnish with chopped cilantro.Cut into 3-4 slices and serve immediately. Enjoy!
