Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread

Made with naan or another flatbread, these little pizzas are fast and easy to make. The combo of creamy ranch, shredded chicken, bacon, and mozzarella and cheddar cheeses is unbelievably good!

Ingredients

  • 2 8 inch flatbreads I use naan
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing plus more for drizzle
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup shredded chicken I used rotisserie
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits (I recommend crumbled fresh bacon)
  • 2 tablespoons green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425˚F.
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet, and spread the ranch dressing over each one. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  3. Top each pizza with shredded chicken then add the bacon bits. Drizzle on a little extra ranch dressing on top.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes on the middle rack. Once the cheese is melted and the outer edges of the crust are crispy, remove and garnish with chopped green onion.
  5. Cut into 3-4 slices and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes

  • How to Store: Wrap tightly or keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. 
  • How to Reheat: This can be reheated in a 350°F oven for around 5 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and the ingredients are warmed through.
