BBQ Glazed Meatloaf

This BBQ glazed meatloaf uses juicy ground beef and is full of flavor with Italian seasoning, glazed with a sweet and savory BBQ sauce.

Ingredients
For meatloaf:
- ½ cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup dried bread crumbs
- ½ cup finely diced onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 pounds ground beef
For BBQ glaze:
- ¼ cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
For meatloaf
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and lightly grease a 9x5 loaf pan with olive oil spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs. Add the bread crumbs and mix to combine.
- Add the onion, garlic, parsley, salt, Italian seasoning, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Mix to combine.
- Add the ground beef and gently mix to combine. You don’t want to compact the meat or you’ll end up with a tough meatloaf.
- Once combined, transfer the meat mixture to the prepared loaf pan and gently press the top into a smooth layer.
- Bake the meatloaf for 30 minutes.
- Spread the glaze over the meatloaf and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- Allow the meatloaf to rest in the pan for 10 minutes. Then remove it to a board and slice it into 1-inch pieces.
- Serve with your desired sides and enjoy. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.

- Stir together BBQ sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
