Berry Delicious Fruit Salad

Berry Delicious Fruit Salad blends a variety of fresh fruits including melon, pineapple, oranges, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and seedless grapes. Tossed with a dressing of orange juice, honey, lime juice, and chopped mint, the salad offers a refreshing mix of sweet and tangy flavors complemented by herby freshness and diverse texture. It serves well as a light side or a nutritious snack.

Description

The salad combines chunks of melon and pineapple with peeled and sliced oranges, assorted fresh berries, and seedless grapes to provide a colorful blend of textures and flavors. The dressing is made by whisking freshly squeezed orange juice with honey and lime juice, adding a sweet and tangy element that coats the fruit evenly.

Chopped mint leaves are mixed in for a bright, herbal note that lifts the overall profile. Letting the salad sit for at least 15 minutes before serving allows the flavors to meld and the dressing to soak slightly into the fruit.

This recipe highlights the natural sweetness and juiciness of fresh berries and tropical fruits, making it a versatile option for side dishes or light desserts especially in warmer seasons. The citrus and honey dressing enhances without overpowering the fresh fruit taste.
