Ingredients

Servings

For the bowls

  • 1/3 cup PLAIN yogurt
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 2 medium banana sliced into rounds
  • 1 small apple diced, Granny Smith
  • 1 cup cantaloupe diced
  • 1 cup pineapple diced
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh

Topping ideas

  • granola
  • coconut shredded
  • raisins
  • almonds sliced
  • pecans
  • walnuts
  • honey

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, add yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Stir together to combine.
  2. In a large bowl, add strawberries, bananas, apples, cantaloupe, pineapple, and blueberries. Gently toss together to combine.
  3. Evenly divide the mixed fruit into 4 bowls, then drizzle 1/4 cup of the sweet cream mixture on top of each bowl.
  4. Top each bowl with your desired toppings. Crunchy granola, sliced almonds, honey, chopped nuts, raisins, and even shredded coconut are all great ideas!

Notes

  • I prefer using plain yogurt as it gives the cream a thinner consistency, but you can use plain Greek yogurt if you prefer a thicker consistency.
  • You can use
  • Mexican crema
  • instead of sour cream if you are able to get it near you.
  • You can make double the amount of the sweet cream mixture if you’d like to use more of it for each bowl. I find that it’s too sweet if you add more, but feel free to double it if you have a sweet tooth!
