Biscuit Pizzas

Try this easy Biscuit Pizza Recipe on your next pizza night. We cheap by using canned biscuits for our pizza crust!

Ingredients
- 2 cans Biscuits (7.5 oz can each) 20 Biscuits Total
- 1 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese (Cheddar Cheese (shredded))
- 60 slices pepperonis Or your favorite Pizza Topping

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Flatten each biscuit onto a baking sheet.
- Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on each biscuit (approximately 1 Tbsp on each biscuit).
- Top each biscuit with cheese and pepperoni (and any other pizza toppings).
- Cook for 9 to 12 minutes, until the biscuits are beginning to brown on the outside edges. Allow the pizzas to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet and then move to a plate or rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Note: The nutritional information is for 1 Biscuit Pizza but many eat 2-3 at a meal.
