													You can make delicious black bean and corn salad to enjoy as a dip, side dish, or topping.

                                Ingredients
- 16 ounces black beans
 - 12 ounces mexicorn
 - ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
 - ½ teaspoon salt
 - ½ teaspoon sugar
 - ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
 - ½ teaspoon ground cumin
 - ½ teaspoon chili powder
 
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
 - Let it sit at room temperature for up to an hour for the flavors to marry or cover it and refrigerate overnight.
