Black Bean and Corn Salsa
Description
This Black Bean and Corn Salsa brings together fresh, diced vegetables and beans for a textured, colorful dish. Sweet bell peppers and grilled or boiled corn provide natural sweetness and crunch. Avocado adds creaminess and richness while cherry tomatoes contribute juiciness. Black beans deliver a hearty element and texture contrast. Jalapeno and garlic introduce a gentle spiciness and garlic warmth, balanced by tart lime juice and the freshness of cilantro.
Preparation involves chopping ingredients uniformly and mixing with olive oil and lime juice to meld flavors. The salsa can be served as a dip with chips or used as a condiment to enhance grilled meats, tacos, or salads. This mix offers a refreshing, slightly zesty flavor profile with a combination of creamy, crunchy, and soft textures in each bite.
