Ingredients
- 2 black beans 15 ounce cans, drained and rinsed
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- lime juice of half a lime
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, add the black beans, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, cumin, and lime. Pulse until it reaches desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with chips and veggies!
