Creamy, tangy blue cheese dip is filled with delicious flavor, yet it's so easy to make! A simple mix of blue cheese crumbles, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), light mayo, and seasonings make this the perfect appetizer for any occasion.

Ingredients
- 4 ounces blue cheese crumbled, (about 1 cup)
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- ½ cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, add all the above ingredients.
- Using a spatula or spoon, mix well to combine.
- Top with more crumbled blue cheese, chives, or sliced green onions. Serve with chips, veggies, or wings.
Notes
- If stored properly in an airtight container in the fridge, the dip will stay fresh for up to about 4 days.
