Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup full fat sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 6 ounces crumbled blue cheese 1 tablespoon reserved
- 1 cup shredded fontina or white cheddar cheese, divided
- green onions, for garnish

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Add 8 ounces cream cheese, ½ cup full fat sour cream, ¼ cup mayonnaise, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, crumbled 6 slices bacon, 6 ounces crumbled blue cheese, and ½ cup of the 1 cup shredded fontina or white cheddar cheese, to a large bowl.
- Mix until well combined and transfer into a small baking dish.
- Top with the remaining ½ cup of shredded fontina cheese and bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Broil for 2 minutes to brown the cheese on top. Watch it closely so it doesn't burn!
- Remove from oven and garnish with blue cheese crumbles and chopped green onions,.
- Serve hot with crostini, chips, and veggies.
