Blueberry Chia Pudding

Blueberry Chia Pudding combines almond milk blended with blueberries, maple syrup, and vanilla, then mixed with chia seeds to create a thick, creamy texture. The pudding sets in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, allowing the chia seeds to swell and give a slightly gelled consistency. Topping with fresh blueberries and granola adds contrast and crunch, making this a refreshing and nutritious option for breakfast or a snack.

Description

The Blueberry Chia Pudding is made by blending almond milk with blueberries, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to create a smooth flavored base. When combined with chia seeds and chilled, the mixture thickens as the seeds absorb the liquid, giving a pudding-like consistency with a subtle fruit taste. The sweetness from maple syrup balances the mild tang of blueberries.

The texture is creamy but slightly gelatinous due to the chia seeds, offering a pleasant mouthfeel. The pudding is kept in a mason jar which is convenient for storage and serving. Adding fresh blueberries and granola on top introduces fresh bursts and a crunchy element that complements the creamy pudding.

This pudding works well as a make-ahead breakfast or a light, wholesome snack. It can be customized by adjusting sweetness or using different milk varieties according to preference.
