If you love blueberry muffins and blueberry pie, then these blueberry overnight oats will be a hit! It’s the perfect meal prep breakfast ready that only takes five minutes to make!

Ingredients
- 1 cup of plant-based milk
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
- ½ cup of blueberries
- 1 Tablespoon of maple syrup or agave or brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon of shredded coconut optional
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- ½ cup of fresh blueberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except for the oats and optional blueberries for garnish in a blender.
- Add mixture to oats in a jar or a container with a lid.
- Place in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours. Optionally serve topped with fresh blueberries.

Notes
- Store in small individual jars or containers for individual servings you can easily grab in the morning.
- Add more plant-based milk when serving for a thinner blueberry oats.
- For more blueberry flavor, serve with fresh blueberries on top.
