Loaded with protein and superfoods this smoothie bowl is a hearty and healthy way to start the day!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon flax meal
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- granola, toasted unsweetened coconut flakes, dried goji berries and fresh blueberries for topping the smoothie bowl.

Instructions
- In a regular or high speed blender, blend the oats and flax meal until flour like in consistency. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- If you have a standard blender and the oats won't grind into a flour-like consistency, try using a coffee grinder instead.
