Ingredients

  • 20 cremini mushrooms large
  • 5.2 oz Boursin cheese 1 package, garlic & fine herbs
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • parsley chopped (for garnish, fresh
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Clean mushrooms with a damp towel, carefully remove stems, and set caps on a lined baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, mix Boursin cheese with panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the cheese mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  4. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
