- 1/3 cup drained crushed pineapple
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 kiwi sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Lay four biscuits on each baking sheet and press them into flat 6-inch circles. Place them in the oven and bake for 10 minutes, until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, drain and press the moisture out of the canned crushed pineapple. Mix it with the cream cheese, along with powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
- Once the fruit pizza is out of the oven, spread the tops with sweet cream cheese and top with fresh fruit. The kids will have fun decorating the top of each pizza!
