Ingredients
- 2 cans grands biscuits
- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon everything Bagel seasoning
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 8 ounces breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 6 lices thick-cut bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
- 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a large bundt pan with pan spray.
- Cut all 2 cans Grands biscuits into quarters and set them aside in a large bowl.
- Add 6 large eggs to a small bowl and whisk with 3 tablespoons heavy cream and 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning. Heat 5 tablespoons unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat until melted, then scramble the egg mixture until slightly undercooked. Remove the eggs from the heat and transfer them to the bowl with the biscuits.
- Add 8 ounces breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled, 6 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked crisp and chopped, and 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese. Toss everything together until evenly combined.
- Carefully fill the prepared bundt pan with the biscuit mixture until the pan is full.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown. Let the monkey bread cool slightly before turning it out onto a serving plate. Serve warm.
