Report
One of my favorite ways to start the day - this Breakfast Spinach Smoothie is light, refreshing, loaded with all sorts of vitamins and minerals and you'll be obsessed.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoons unsalted creamy almond butter
- 1 cup fresh spinach tightly packed
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or another milk of your choice
- ½ ripe banana
- ¼ cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds or flax seeds or hemp hearts (or use 1 teaspoon of each)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on medium high speed until fully combined.
- The smoothie should be bright green and the spinach should be completely blended into the mixture. Enjoy immediately.
Notes
- The spinach flavor really isn't noticeable! Adding the chia or hemp adds texture.
