Brie & Turkey Panini Sandwich
Description
This sandwich is assembled with French bread sliced about three-quarters of an inch thick, layered with Cajun-seasoned turkey lunch meat, fresh baby spinach, and slices of soft Brie cheese. Butter spread on the bread's exterior enhances browning and crispness when pressed in a panini maker.
The panini press heats the sandwich until the Brie softens into a gooey texture and the bread develops a golden, crispy crust. The combination of the spices in the turkey with the mild, buttery Brie and fresh greens offers balanced flavors and varied textures in each bite.
The sandwich is best served warm directly from the press, ideal for a quick lunch or light dinner. Cutting it in half makes it easy to share or eat on the go.
