Hello bright green smoothie! Not only do you sparkle and shine with your emerald color, but you're also incredibly nutritious and easy to make.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 large banana
- 1 cup orange juice
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Notes
- Optional additions: 1 serving of protein powder (I prefer vanilla flavored) or collagen peptides, hemp seeds, bee pollen or chia seeds.
- Use any milk of your choice can be substituted for the orange juice.
