                                Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon filet, skin on
 - 1 Tbsp jerk seasoning
 
Instructions
- Place your oven rack about 8-10 inches below your heating element. Preheat broiler to medium heat (or simply preheat your broiler, if it doesn't have heat settings).
 - Grease and foil a baking sheet. Place salmon, skin-side down on the foil. Pat 1 Tbsp Jerk Seasoning mix into the salmon. Place the salmon under the broiler for 7-12 minutes, until cooked through.
 - Serve with steamed vegetables and Caribbean Red Beans and Rice.
