  • 4 chicken breast
  • 1 c Italian dressing
  • 3 tomato cubed
  • 1-2 TB olive oil
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 c mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in Italian Dressing for several hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 350.
  3. Combine cubed tomatoes, olive oil and basil in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Place chicken breasts on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Add desired amount of mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken breasts (we added about a few TB to each breast). Top with a few tablespoons of the tomato mixture.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
