Buffalo sauce & blue cheese make these mashed potatoes super creamy & flavorful. This delicious recipe is made in under 45 minutes for a quick & easy side dish!

Ingredients
- 3 lbs Russet potatoes peeled & cubed
- ½ cup butter cubed
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup blue cheese dressing
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup Blue cheese crumbles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Add the potatoes to a large pot of boiling water.
- Boil until fork tender, 15-20 minutes.
- Drain and place back on the stove over low heat.
- Add the butter, milk, blue cheese dressing and buffalo sauce.
- Use an electric hand mixer to mash the potatoes.
- Place the potatoes in an oven safe dish and sprinkle with the blue cheese crumbles.
- Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
