Buffalo Blue Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Buffalo sauce & blue cheese make these mashed potatoes super creamy & flavorful. This delicious recipe is made in under 45 minutes for a quick & easy side dish!

  • 3 lbs Russet potatoes peeled & cubed
  • ½ cup butter cubed
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup blue cheese dressing
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup Blue cheese crumbles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Add the potatoes to a large pot of boiling water.
  3. Boil until fork tender, 15-20 minutes.
  4. Drain and place back on the stove over low heat.
  5. Add the butter, milk, blue cheese dressing and buffalo sauce.
  6. Use an electric hand mixer to mash the potatoes.
  7. Place the potatoes in an oven safe dish and sprinkle with the blue cheese crumbles.
  8. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
