Buffalo Chicken Dip is hands down one of the most popular dips for entertaining, game days, and the holidays! The combination of tender chicken baked with cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and lots of shredded cheese is simply divine!

Ingredients
Buffalo Chicken Dip
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded, ex. rotisserie chicken)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature, 1 brick, 250 grams)
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce (½ cup for an extra spicy dip)
- ¼ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- ¼ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
Topping
- ½ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
Garnish
- 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
- ranch dressing (or Blue Cheese dressing)
For Serving
- crackers
- Chips
- carrot sticks
- celery sticks
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375˚F.
- In a large bowl combine all of the buffalo chicken dip ingredients. Stir until evenly combined (Tip: be sure the cream cheese is at room temperature so it is easier to stir. Leave the cream cheese on the counter while you prep all the ingredients, or microwave for 15 seconds).
- Spray an oven safe baking dish with cooking spray (a medium sized round baking tray or an 8”x8” square dish)
- Pour the dip into the baking tray and spread it out with a spoon into an even layer.
- Sprinkle the ½ cup of shredded cheddar evenly on top of the dip.
- Bake until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is fully melted, approximately 10-12 minutes.
- Top with the sliced green onions. Drizzle Ranch dressing or Blue Cheese dressing over top of the dip. Serve immediately with chips, crackers, or carrot and celery sticks to dip and enjoy!
