Hot, cheesy buffalo chicken dip that is sure to be a hit at your game day gathering or your holiday party!

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken rotisserie is the best for flavor!
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce start with 1/2 cup then add to taste
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing to taste
- 1/4 cup minced green onions
- 1 cup Monterey jack cheese shredded
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese topping
- French bread baguette slices, crackers, chips, celery ribs or tortilla chip for serving!
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°.
- In a large bowl, combine the rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, sour cream, ranch, and minced green onions. Mix, and taste test to see if you want to add more hot sauce or Ranch at this time. Mix in 1/2 cup of the Monterey Jack cheese and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a small oven safe baking pan or pie plate/skillet/baking dish and top with the remaining 1/2 cup Monterey cheese and 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until warm and bubbly, around 20 minutes.
- Serve warm for the best results.
