Buffalo Chicken Pasta Bake is loaded with flavor. This cheesy dish is a family favorite easy baked casserole and made with simple ingredients.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces penne pasta
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 Tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce divided
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup Monterey jack cheese shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 3 green onions sliced.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9X13 baking pan with a non-stick cooking spray.
- Cook the pasta to al dente based on the package instruction. Rinse and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, milk and 1/4 cup Buffalo Sauce.
- Stir in the cooked chicken, pasta and half of each of the shredded cheeses.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish. Drizzle the remaining buffalo sauce on top and top with the remaining shredded cheeses.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and the cheese on top is fully melted.
- Remove from the oven, let it rest for 10-15 minutes and top with the sliced green onions. Then it’s ready to serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
