  • 2 tbsp cilantro
  • 1/2 lime sliced
  • 1 cup tortilla chips
  • 1/2 cup Tomatillo dressing creamy style

Instructions

  1. Grill the meat on high heat until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Chop the lettuce and tomatoes.
  3. Place tortillas on a preheated skillet over medium-low heat. Top the tortilla with a bit of cheese and let it warm up until the cheese is almost completely melted.
  4. Place the tortillas in large bowls. Top with warmed pinto beans and grilled meat.
