Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic mashed
  • 2 green bell pepper diced
  • 2 pound Shrimp 0.9 kg, large, uncooked, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon salt or more, to taste, sea salt
  • 2 lime for garnishing, cut into wedges

Instructions

1. Cook

  1. In a heavy saucepan heat the oil over very low heat. Cook and stir the garlic until it releases its aroma (about 2 mins). Stir in the bell peppers and cook and stir for another minute. Add the shrimps, and a cook and stir until they become pink throughout.Season with salt to taste.

2. Serve

  1. Garnish with the limes and serve with with tostones.
