Ingredients
Aioli Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup olive oil
Candied Bacon Ingredients
- 4 strips bacon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
To Make the Candied Bacon
- Place bacon on prepared baking sheet and coat with 1/2 cup brown sugar. Bake for 20 minutes at 375°F until edges are crisp and brown.
- Remove bacon from oven and allow to cool completely. Once cool, break candied bacon strips into small pieces and set aside.
To Make Candied Bacon Aioli
- Mix egg yolks with minced garlic and salt in food processor until well combined.
- Slowly add oil to food processor, pulsing as you go, until your mixture thickens (about 2 minutes).
- Stir half of your bacon crumbles into the aioli. Scoop aioli into a serving dish.
- Top your finished aioli with remaining candied bacon. Pairs perfectly with Tyson Crispy Chicken Strips!
