Creamy, dreamy, and oh-so-delicious, my herb aioli is the perfect addition to so many dishes. Whether you're spreading it on a sandwich or using it as a dipping sauce, this flavor-packed lemon herb aioli is sure to please!

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon chives see note
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon basil
- 3 tablspoons lemon juice about ½ a lemon, see note
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

- Combine all of the ingredients.
- Whisk together well.

- Fresh herbs are best in this recipe, but if you only have dried herbs you can substitute the amounts straight across.
- If you like a more mild lemon flavor, start with 2 tablespoons and taste it before adding more.
