Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 carrot , finely shredded
  • 8 ounces pineapple do not drain, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves ground
  • 36 ounces buttermilk biscuit dough each cut into quarters, (3 packages, refrigerated
  • 1/2 cup butter unsalted
  • 1 cup brown sugar , packed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a bundt pan with baking spray.
  2. Add the sugar, carrot, pineapple, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and biscuit quarters to a large bowl and toss well.
  3. Add mixture to a bundt pan (do not press down).
  4. Add the butter and brown sugar to a medium saucepan on medium heat and bring to a boil for one minute before pouring onto the bundt pan.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, remove from oven, let cool for 10-15 minutes then place a plate over the bottom of the bundt pan and flip over to remove.
