This tasty tropical pineapple carrot smoothie is ready to liven up your grab-and-go breakfast routine!

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond-coconut milk*
- Juice of 1 orange or 2-4 TBSP orange juice
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- ½ cup frozen mango
- ½ a fresh banana
- 2-3 carrots (peeled and chopped)
- sweeten as desired

Instructions
- Combine ingredients, starting with the liquid first, in your blender.
- Blend for several minutes until the fruit and carrots have blended into a creamy, dreamy, straw-worthy smoothie.
- Depending on preference and blender performance you may want/need to thin the smoothie with a little extra liquid. Adjust until desired thickness is reached.
Notes
- Feeling fancy? Rim the glass with unsweetened shredded coconut. I used honey to make mine stick!
- Using a combination of fresh and frozen fruit keeps this smoothie thick and creamy!
- * Feel free to use just almond milk or just coconut milk here if that's what you have handy!
