For a high-quality spice blend use premium organic whole spices and grind to a powder (+refer to post on how to bring out the spice aroma). For a quick and easy budget chai spice mix, simply use a powdered version of each spice and mix it together.

- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon ground powder
- 1 Teaspoon Clove Ground
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger Fresh dry powder
- ½ Teaspoon Green Cardamom Ground
- ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper Ground powder
- ¼ Teaspoon nutmeg powder
