Ingredients
- ⅓ cup coconut flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 large eggs
- 5 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon chopped green onion
- 6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400F. Mix together the coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In a separate bowl whisk together the eggs and butter.
- Mix the eggs with the flour, ensuring there are no lumps. Fold in the cheese and green onion.
- Drop spoons of the batter onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly browned. Brush melted butter over the top when removing from the oven.
- Cool before serving.
