Stromboli In Air Fryer. How to make a homemade cheese and ham stromboli in the air fryer. Using bread maker pizza dough, this is a quick, cheap, and delicious meal to make from leftovers in your air fryer.

  • Air Fryer
  • Rolling pin

Stromboli Recipe Ingredients:

  • Bread Maker Pizza Dough
  • 2 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
  • 400 g grated cheese
  • 300 g leftover ham
  • 1 small egg beaten

Instructions

  1. Load up your bread maker pizza dough ingredients and get it started.
  2. Grate your cheese. Prep your pizza sauce and shred your ham. Roll out your pizza dough into a rectangle. Load the pizza dough with pizza sauce, grated cheese, and shredded ham.
  3. Roll up your pizza into a stromboli.
  4. Add small slits throughout to help the stromboli breathe. Brush the top and sides with egg wash.
  5. Load into the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes at 160c/320f.
  6. Slice and serve.

Notes

  • Note that your air fryer might be smaller than ours and keep the length of the stromboli within the max length that your air fryer can handle.
  • A traditional stromboli doesn’t have pizza sauce, but because you are air frying it works better as the air fryer otherwise can make it a little dry.
