Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line a 9×9-inch pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray, set aside.
  3. Using a long serrated knife, slice the rolls in half. Do NOT pull the individual rolls apart.
  4. Place the bottom part in the prepared pan.
  5. Spread the mayo evenly on the bottom layer. Spread the cranberry sauce evenly.
  6. Sprinkle one cup of cheese evenly.
  7. Top with the turkey slices.
  8. Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheese. Distribute evenly.
  9. Add the top part of the rolls, press slightly, and set aside.

Buttery Mixture:

  1. Add the butter to a medium, microwave-safe bowl and heat on high for about 1 minute until melted.
  2. Add the garlic powder and whisk to combine.
  3. Drizzle the butter mixture evenly over the rolls. Use a pastry brush to spread it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle poppy seeds on top.

Bake:

  1. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until cheese has melted.
  2. Uncover and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes until the top is slightly golden brown.
  3. Remove the sliders from the oven and let them cool for 5-10 minutes. Slice them into individual sliders and serve immediately. They are best served warm with gravy for dipping.
