Chèvre Which Way But Loose Burger
Description
This burger starts by preparing a chèvre-based spread blending room temperature goat cheese with chopped sage, oregano, thyme, rosemary, and mayonnaise to reach a soft, creamy texture. Diced cucumber and tomato are folded into this spread to add freshness and mild crunch.
The beef patties incorporate minced garlic and are seasoned with salt and pepper before cooking. The burger assembly layers a cooked beef patty on the bottom bun, topped with the chèvre spread, sliced red onion, and sliced cucumber before capping with the top bun. The mix of savory beef, herbaceous cheese spread, and cool crisp vegetables delivers distinct layers of flavor and texture.
This burger offers a flavorful alternative with goat cheese and fresh herbs, balancing rich meat with bright, fresh ingredients, suitable as a satisfying lunch or casual dinner option.
