  • 21 pasta shells jumbo
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken shredded, cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese divided, shredded
  • 15 oz Alfredo sauce jar
  • 2 cups spinach chopped, fresh
  • 1 parsley dried, tablespoon
  • 1 basil dried, tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
  3. Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook pasta shells according to package directions aiming for al dente.
  4. Drain and set aside. For them not to stick, gently toss them with some olive oil.
  5. In the meantime, in a large bowl combine chicken, ricotta cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, and basil, parsley.
  6. Stir in chopped spinach. Add the mixture to a piping bag.
  7. Stuff pasta shells with the cheese mixture and arrange them in the prepared baking dish.
  8. Spread Alfredo sauce on top
  9. Next, top with the remaining mozzarella cheese, distributing it evenly.
  10. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes.
  11. Let the casserole cool for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
