Ingredients
- 3 medium boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and ground black pepper to season the chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 ounces
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup 2% milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cans green beans drained, 14.5 ounces each
- 6 ounces French fried onions

Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the cubed chicken with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked through. - Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and milk until smooth. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Stir to combine. 2 cans green beans, 1 cup sour cream, 2/3 cup 2% milk, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Fold in the diced chicken, drained green beans, and 1 cup of the shredded cheese. 2 cans green beans, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese and french fried onions. 6 ounces French Fried onions
- Bake for 20 minutes until heated through.
