Chicken Philly Cheesesteak is an easy yet comforting dinner that cooks in the oven in just 30 minutes on one sheet pan for minimal effort and dishes on busy nights.

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 (8 oz) pack sliced mushrooms
- 6 slices Swiss cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425.
- Slice the chicken, onion and bell pepper.
- Next, add the oil, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl and stir. Then, add the chicken, sliced onion, pepper and mushrooms, stirring to coat.
- Spread the seasoned chicken and vegetable mixture onto a greased sheet pan and bake at 425 for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Drain off any juices from the pan. Top the cooked chicken and vegetables with slices of cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
