Description
This burger recipe forms 1-pound ground beef into four patties seasoned simply with salt and black pepper. The patties are grilled with sliced onions to develop char and sweetness. Ingredients
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1 1/2 c. Italian parsley
- 3 Tablespoon oregano fresh
- 5 cloves garlic
- 4 teaspoon wine vinegar
- 1 lb ground beef
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- lettuce
- 4 Hamburger Bun
Instructions
- Heat the grill.
- To make the Chimichurri sauce combine the olive oil, parsley, oregano, garlic and vinegar in a food processor. Process until mixed.
- Form the beef into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper. Slice the onions.
- Place the onions and beef patties on the grill, and cook for 10-14 minutes, flipping once until done.
- Serve the burgers with tomato slices, lettuce and top with Chimichurri sauce.
