Almost every cultures have some sort of pancake in different form. This Chinese pancake is made of egg, flour, water, vegetable and meat.

Ingredients
- 3 Long imitation crab sticks
- 1.5 tablespoons vegetable oil
Stir fry Cabbage:
- ½ tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 cups cabbage (Half of medium small sized cabbage)
- 1/16 teaspoon salt (For stir fry cabbage)
Batter:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg (Large)
- 1&¼ cups water
- ¼ teaspoon salt (Add in the batter)
DIPPING SAUCE:
- some XO sauce or chili oil or hoisin sauce
Instructions
- Shred or slice a half of medium small cabbage into strips. You need around 3 cups.
- Cut 3 long imitation crab sticks into pieces.
- Put ½ tablespoon of vegetable oil in a non-stick pan. Then, add the shredded cabbage and 1/16 teaspoon of salt.
- Stir them a little bit and cover with a lid for 1-2 minutes until it's soft. (Do not need to be very soft.)
- In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup all purpose flour and 1 large egg.
- Next, add ¼ teaspoon of salt and 1 & ¼ cups of water.
- Mix the batter very well. Make sure no lumps.
- After that, put the cut crab meat and cooked cabbage into the batter.
- Mix the batter and ingredients well.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into a non-stick pan and turn on medium low fire.
- After, pour some batter mixture into the pan. Let it cook until it golden brown and flip the other side (remember to turn the fire to medium low).
Notes
- Cook the cabbage a little bit until it’s soft.
- Mix the batter very well to make sure no lumps.
- Then, add cooked cabbage and crab meat and mix it.
- Use a non-stick pan to pan fry, so it won't stick on the pan.
- Besides, make sure the pan is hot enough before pouring the batter.
- Pan fry both sides until it's golden brown. Remember to use medium small fire to pan fry it.
- Mix the batter well each time before pouring into the pan.
