Chipotle Mexican Grill Guacamole
Description
Chipotle Mexican Grill Guacamole combines ripe avocados with red onion, jalapeno pepper, garlic, and citrus juices to create a chunky, flavorful dip. The avocados are gently mashed to keep some texture, while the minced ingredients introduce subtle heat and pungency, balanced by the acidity from lemon and lime juice. The kosher salt rounds out the taste, making it well-seasoned.
The preparation involves minimal mixing to preserve the chunky consistency, resulting in a dip that offers a fresh, smooth yet textured mouthfeel. This guacamole works well as a side for chips, as a topping for tacos, or as an accompaniment to grilled meats and vegetables.
Since the recipe includes fresh avocado and citrus, it’s best served shortly after preparation to maintain its vibrant color and flavor.
