- 2 teaspoons powdered gelatin unflavored
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¾ cup chocolate hazelnut spread such as Nutella
- 1 tablespoon hazelnut liqueur such as Frangelico, optional
- 1 cup milk whole
- 6 chocolate hazelnut candy such as Baci or Ferraro Rocher, roughly chopped, assorted
