- 4-5 prunes pitted
- 1 ripe banana fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 to 2 tablespoons almond butter or peanut butter
- 1 cup milk or almond milk 235ml
- ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract

- Make sure your prunes don't have any pits.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
- If you want it thinner, add a little more milk and blend again.
