Le chuflay est une des boissons les plus populaires de Bolivie à base de singani (eau de vie au raisin) et de ginger ale (soda au gingembre).

Ingredients

Servings
  • 70 ml de Singani (eau de vie de raisin bolivienne)
  • 210 ml de Ginger Ale (soda au gingembre)
  • Tranches de citron vert
  • Glaçons
  • Quelques gouttes de jus de citron vert (optionnel)
  • Glaçons

Instructions

  1. Placer deux glaçons au fond du verre.
  2. Verser le singani puis le ginger ale.
  3. Ajouter quelques gouttes de citron vert (optionnel).
  4. Immerger 1 tranche de citron vert dans la boisson.
  5. Servir immédiatement.

Notes

  • Il est important d'utiliser l'authentique singani de Bolivie pour son goût de raisin incomparable.
